自制氢气，要经常自检，其中常常含有一氧化碳、二氧化碳、总硫、甲烷、氮气及其他，定期检测，做好工艺

氢是主要的工业原料，也是较重要的工业气体和特种气体，在石油化工、电子工业、冶金工业、食品加工、浮法玻璃、精细有机合成、航空航天等方面有着广泛的应用

*三部分 检测技术要求
Part Ⅳ Analysis technology requirements
1.检测公司需提供其分析仪器品牌、型号；
Analysis company should provide the instrument brand, model.
2.检测公司需有专业技术人员能至我司完成氢气的取样及运输工作；
We need technical personnel of analysis company to come to our factory to complete sampling and transportation.
3.检测公司需提供其在取样及运输过程中人员及物品需用到的任何耗材；
The analysis company needs to provide any consumables for the personnel and samples they need to use in the course of sampling and transportation.
4.检测需按照*二部分*的检测标准进行；
The test should be carried out in accordance with the methods specified in the part Ⅱ.
5.检测报告需出具判定结论；
The analysis report should be given a judge conclusion.
6.检测报告中需展示以上所有检测项目的检测结果，要求为具体检测值，非范围区间;
The testing results of all the above items should be displayed in the analysis report, which is required for the specific analysis data not is range.
7.检测周期不**过10天，不包括在途运输时间。
The analysis period is not more than 10 days, excluding the transit time.

氢气是一种较易燃的气体，燃点只有574℃，在空气中的体积分数为4%至75%时都能燃烧。
